Does it give legal advice?
No, and that is not a workaround; it is the design. It handles intake, conflict checks, scheduling, retainer execution and document collection. Anything that requires legal judgment is routed to the attorney. Every call is logged and reviewable.
How does the conflict check work?
It qualifies the case (type, parties, jurisdiction) and runs the names against your existing client and matter roster in your case-management system before the consult is booked. If a conflict surfaces, the call is routed for attorney review instead of scheduled.
Can it send the retainer in the same call?
Yes. Once the case is qualified and conflict-cleared, the retainer goes out for e-signature in the live call, from your template, with the fee payment link. Signed cases post into your case management with the engagement letter executed.

Is client data privileged and secure?
