# NorthCore Labs

> NorthCore Labs is a tech and operations firm (St. Petersburg, Florida; founded 2023; serves businesses across the United States). We build the systems businesses run on, on the software they already use, and we stay to run them: AI voice agents, AI texting engines, workflow automation, CRM architecture, data pipelines, live KPI dashboards, system integrations, reporting and attribution, SOP systems, custom software and websites. ## Custom operations and tech

Every custom engagement starts with an operations audit that runs 30 to 60 days and starts at $2,500, priced on the size of the company, its revenue, how many departments it touches and how much software it runs: the operation mapped, every leak found with evidence, each fix costed, a twice-the-volume model and an implementation roadmap. Half the audit fee is credited toward implementation on any build over $5,000. A fractional operations partner is a flat monthly rate.
